"Perfect mini break - couldn't fault it!"
I arranged a surprise mini break at Cedar Falls as a 30th Wedding Anniversary gift for my parents. The level of customer care received right from the initial booking was absolutely excellent. All of the staff were extremely efficient and friendly, my parents knew them all by their first names when they left! This combined with a fantastic selection of locally sourced food, beautiful grounds and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, made this the perfect getaway. A big THANK YOU to Cedar Falls from all of us for making this an anniversary to remember.

Cedar Falls has a very homely ambience. Although homely all of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The classes and evening talks on offer are good. The grounds are beautiful, and hearing the steam train pass in the distance just adds to the special feel.

"Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing day"
On behalf of everyone at The Crescent Specialist Dental Centre we would like to say a big thank you for making our Spa Day such a wonderful relaxing day. As we approached the property in its beautiful grounds we knew we were in for a special treat. Cedar Falls offers the perfect place to escape, relax and unwind. We enjoyed the food choices given to us at lunch which was healthy and delicious and thank you to our waiter who was so quick to attend to all our needs. There was a good choice of spa treatments offered and staff were very informative and friendly. We would definitely recommend Cedar Falls to anyone who deserves to be pampered and wants to opt out of the demand and stresses of everyday life.

"A wonderful house in a great setting"
I have been to Cedar Falls several times and have found it to be very relaxing on each visit. This time I recommended it to a friend who came with me. She was amazed by the sight of the property which has the air of a country manor house and is set within beautiful grounds containing well established trees and a well laid out golf course. The grounds are also adult only- very welcome to a frazzled Mum having a well-deserved break. The visit started well with bright sunshine allowing an indulgent swim in the outdoor pool and laze on sun loungers. Next day the weather was inclement and we had treatments booked so we used the indoor pool and lazed on loungers in the large conservatory area. All the treatments were carried out well by the friendly and professional staff. The general ambience was very relaxing. Food comes from local suppliers and is prepared to a high standard for all meals. There is also well priced refreshments, including wines, available. Talks are laid on each evening- the talk on nutrition we attended was interesting. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel for a relaxing, indulgent break with the opportunity to engage in healthier pursuits-gym; golf; walking; yoga; detox; etc.
Well done all at Cedar Falls! Keep up the good work. I will be back....
