Combining the comfort of air-conditioning, a comprehensive range of fitness equipment (including cardio-vascular and resistance training apparatus) and a daily programme of exercise and aerobic classes run by resident coaches, Cedar Falls' gym creates an atmosphere where exercise is a pleasure.

Our dedicated fitness advisers are committed to helping you to enjoy toning your body and revitalising yourself naturally.

Choose whether to join in the daily classes, or do your own thing and select the fitness activities that appeal to you most. Our experienced advisers are always happy to discuss activities, demonstrate equipment or tailor a personal programme to meet your specific requirements.

Full Membership - £78 per month

Full use of the Gym, Swimming Pools, Sauna, Steam, Whirlpool and Relaxation Classes any time during our opening hours.
