A) Natural Afternoon

Mon - Thurs £83 person
Fri - Sun £103 per person

Arrive at 2pm for an afternoon and evening of relaxation and pampering. Includes a Back Massage or Aqua-Jet Massage, 3-course dinner with a glass of wine and full use of facilities, leaving at 9.30pm.

B) Girly Nights

Experience a very special girly night-out.

The evening starts with a glass of wine, followed by a fun evening of Full Body Exfoliation, Refreshing Face Mask, Hair & Scalp Conditioning Treatment - and the use of the Steam Room, Sauna, Swimming and Whirlpool.

Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm - £39 per person

Please note that the treatments are not performed by a therapist - however you will be guided by a therapist to perform these treatments on each other during the evening.

C) Evening Talk & Demonstration

Each night after dinner guests can enjoy a themed talk or presentation that normally lasts an hour. These are relaxed and informal and cover a variety of subjects.

Recent talks have included:

“Lets Talk about Stress” – Where does stress come from and what can we do about it, a light hearted talk and discussion.

“Aromatic Skincare” – A talk on various ways to look after your skin naturally.

"The Principles of Yoga"

“Amma Massage” – Traditional Japanese massage on a chair for your comfort.

“Shiatsu” – A traditional healing practice. Acupuncture without needles.

We also do talks on Reiki, makeup demos and Pilates.
