Pilates Weekend from £349.00 Friday 19th March – Sunday 21st March 2010
Pilates is a body conditioning routine designed to build flexibility and strength with the added benefit of improving posture and sculpting the body. This weekend will provide you with such a wonderful sense of wellbeing that you will want to continue to practise Pilates as a lifestyle choice once you have returned home. This is the perfect weekend for those who wish to begin or continue to practise this tried and tested method of exercise in the beautiful setting of Cedar Falls.
Tutor: Jilly Russell
Jilly trained with Karen Hodgkin in Taunton and Alan Herdman in London ( who brought Pilates to London from Joseph Pilates ). She has her own Shiatsu clinic and runs regular Pilates classes and individual sessions.
Arrive: Friday 19th March from 2pm onwards

This is the perfect break for those who wish to explore the foundations of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. The weekend is ideal for all levels of ability enabling like minded people to come together to practise in the peaceful surroundings of Cedar Falls.
Tutor: Paul Fox
Paul teaches Core Strength Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher. He also completed a two year Astanga Yoga Teacher Training course with renowned ashtanga yogis John and Lucy Scott and has attended the London workshops of Shri K Pattabhi Jois. Paul is also a BBC national radio journalist and regularly contributes to Yoga magazines.
